Guest Guidelines

• Please carry a valid government-issued ID at the time of check-in.
• All person above 18 need to show valid id proof.
• Pan-card isnt a valid document to show for the stay. Preferable Goverment-id such as aadhar card, election-card, driving-licence.
• For breackfast, lunch & dinner guest have to order earlier. And its extra chargeble.
• Extra mattress is charble, Any extra amenities rather than provided in room are chargeble
• Every room have set capacity of people, per person charge will be aplicable after exceeding capacity.
• Check-in usually at 12:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in is available upon prior request—please contact us in advance.
• We kindly request guests to refrain from smoking or consuming alcohol on the premises.
• Electric kettles are provided upon request solely for the purpose of boiling hot water and must not be used for preparing tea, noodles, or any other food items.
• During peak and holiday periods, cancellations are strictly limited and require approval.
• To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, please maintain quiet during nighttime hours.
• Any damages to the property will be charged accordingly.
• Pets are warmly welcome; however, guests are kindly requested to take care of and supervise them throughout their stay.
• The management cannot be held responsible for personal belongings left unattended.
• There will be no barganing in rate, even if the staying hours are less.
• A/C rooms need time to get chilled upto set temprature, we kindly request guest to keep patience.
• Guest can request us to turn on a/c before so while check-in chilled room is available.
• We request guest to maintain silence, so other guest dont have disturbance.
